Registration & Refund Policy


Registration:
Please register early! 

  • Some programs have a maximum enrollment and fill quickly. Others have a minimum enrollment which must be met at least 5 business days prior to the start of the program to avoid cancellation.  We will make every effort to notify you if a class is cancelled due to low enrollment.
  • If the program is full, please add yourself (child) to the waitlist.  When/if a spot opens, we will notify the next person on the list.  
Refunds:
  • There are no refunds issued once you are registered for a program. Refunds will only be issued if a program is cancelled for lack of enrollment, or for a verifiable injury (doctors note required).
Notification Policy
  • You will receive confirmation of program registration provided we have a current e-mail address on file for your Household Account.  Plan to arrive for your program at the scheduled date and time unless otherwise notified. 
Payment:
  • Full payment must accompany all registrations. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
  • Make checks payable to: Town of Harwich
  • There is a $25 service fee for all returned checks.
