Beach Events
- Create a MyRec Account
- Request your Beach Event (Weddings; Parties; Reunions etc.) by clicking on the BEACH EVENT under the Facilities tab.
- Facilities > Facility List > BEACH EVENT
- You must abide by all Town Beach Rules and Regulations.
- All Fees are listed under the Facility Tab on MyRec homepage.
- Use of temporary tents larger than 400 square feet require location approval and a separate building tent permit.
- Use of Tent 12x12 or larger and or stakes over 4" requires additional permissions from DPW.
- Activities dispensing food require a Harwich Board of Health permit.
- Approval is subject to and dependent on all other required Town permits and approvals/notifications.
- If attendees are 100+ you must provide a port-o-potty for each additional 50 people.
