Indoor Walking Group:
Meet new friends and walk to great music! Walking increases stamina, improves balance and increases happiness while lifting your mood. Please bring a water bottle.

Mondays, 10:30 - 12:00
Tuesdays, 10:00 - 11:00

Sit/Fit is a strength and stretch class that increases stamina, strengthens upper and lower body, and improves your balance. Please bring a water bottle.

Adult Volleyball:
18+ Volleyball at the Community Center Gym is for players of all skill levels to enjoy friendly games in a fun and social environment.
Registration online is required!!!
No teams or commitments — drop in and play!

Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:45 pm
