4:00 PM - 5:00 PM	Flag Football 1st-2nd Grade - Intro to Flag Football 1st-2nd Grade Sign up for our Introduction to Flag Football program to learn the basics of the game and build new skills! Players will be introduced to the rules of the game, how to run routes, throw, play defense, and understand different plays and formations.The first half of each practice will focus on learning new skills, followed by games during the final 20 minutes. Players will pull each other’s flags to limit contact. Players should bring their own water bottle. Mouthpieces will be provided. Players will pull each other’s flags to limit contact. Players should bring their own water bottle. Mouthpieces will be provided.
