Volleyball Co-Ed Grades 1-6 - Volleyball: Grades 1-6 Coach Justin Turco is back for our Co-Ed youth volleyball program, which is designed for kids to explore the basics of volleyball in a supportive and playful environment. Through engaging drills, skill-building games, and teamwork activities, young athletes will learn the fundamentals of serving, passing, and setting while building confidence and having a blast.

Gymnastics is a great way for youth to stay active and classes help develop important social skills. Throughout the six week session, athletes learn to:

* Work together as a group and learn to respect others
* Develop discipline, self respect & confidence
* Develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, balance, coordination, & spatial awareness
* Set individual goals
Sessions will run on Wednesdays for six weeks and proper attire is required. Leotard, spandex, T shirt, sweat suit. Volleyball Co-Ed Grades 1-6 - Volleyball: Grades 1-6 Coach Justin Turco is back for our Co-Ed youth volleyball program, which is designed for kids to explore the basics of volleyball in a supportive and playful environment. Through engaging drills, skill-building games, and teamwork activities, young athletes will learn the fundamentals of serving, passing, and setting while building confidence and having a blast.
