This new program serves young athletes by creating a positive and safe environment for them to thrive!   Gymnastics is a great way for youth to stay active and classes help develop important social skills.  Throughout the six week session, athletes learn to:   * Listen & follow directions  * Work together as a group and learn to respect others * Develop discipline, self respect & confidence  * Develop strength, flexibility, body awareness, balance, coordination, & spatial awareness  * Set individual goals   Sessions will run for six weeks and proper attire is required.  Leotard, spandex, T shirt, sweat suit. Please no clothing with buttons or zippers, and no jewelry.Schedule: Wednesdays September 17th-October 22nd  Pre-K: 2:00-2:45pm & 3:00-3:45pm Elementary Beginner 4:15-5:15pm & 5:30-6:30pm Elementary Intermediate/Advanced 6:30-7:30pmKids who register for this class should be able to do a bridge, forward roll, backward rollcartwheel and handstand.
