Join our team as a Beach Lifeguard and help ensure the safety of Harwich beachgoers! We're looking for responsible individuals, with strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This certification class is a perquisite to becoming a lifeguard.

Ages 16+

Tentative Certification Schedule (Subject to Change***)
Memorial Day Weekend at Long pond
Late June / Early July at Long pond

Employment Duration
Last week of June - September 1st

Responsibilities

Monitoring swimmers,
Enforcing safety regulations, and
Responding to emergencies.

Requirements

Ability to work weekends
Intermediate to Advanced Swimming ability
Good Communication skills and ability to work well with others
