Harwich Recreation is now offering affordable Gymnastics & Tumbling programs for Preschool, Kindergarten, Elementary and High School kids. This new program serves young athletes by creating a positive and safe environment for them to thrive!
Gymnastics is a great way for youth to stay active. Classes help develop important social skills. Throughout the six week session, athletes learn to:
* Listen & follow directions
* Work together as a group and learn to Respect others
* Develop Discipline, Self Respect & Confidence
* Develop Strength, Flexibility, Body Awareness, Balance, Coordination, & Spatial Awareness
* Set Individual goals
Sessions will run six weeks and are co-ed. Proper attire is required. Leotard, Spandex, Tee Shirt, Sweat Suit. Please no clothing with buttons or zippers, and no jewelry.
